I am incredibly grateful to Dimis Designs! My wedding and engagement rings are my most precious possessions, but after a nightmare experience with a major jewellery chain - including a lost diamond due to faulty manufacturing and a botched repair, they never sat right. To make matters worse, after losing some weight, they became so loose they would fall off, spin constantly, and leave callouses on my fingers. Because of my mild arthritic knuckles, multiple other jewellers turned me away, claiming it was too difficult to resize, reshape, or solder them. Then I found Dimi. Within minutes of reaching out, he understood exactly what I needed. He walked me through the entire process, explaining how he could make the rings work for my hand. Not only did he perfectly resize them, but he also soldered them together with gold, reinforced all the weakened sections from the previous bad repairs, and polished them to perfection. When I got them back, I literally cried tears of joy. They fit flawlessly, and the white gold sparkled like new… and months later, they still look and sit beautifully. Unlike the big chains where you are just a number, Dimi truly cared about me and my story. I trust Dimis Designs with all my heart and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for giving me my rings back!

We purchased an expensive diamond ring that needed significant work to make the ring size larger. Other jewellers said it couldn’t be done due to the number of sizes and the complexity of the setting, but once we found Dimis designs we learned it could be done. Dimitar did an excellent job, very cost effective and a week later we had our ring back. It looks awesome. Dimitar is a genuine person, easy to talk to and trust worthy.
